Everything is in US dollars and invoiced before the work starts. I learned that rule the expensive way, and it keeps both of us focused on the work instead of on invoices.
Fit call. 30 minutes, by application.

The audit. One time. Where most founders start.
For anyone who wants a straight diagnosis without a retainer.
Monthly. Month to month.
I run your Meta account, with the whole business in view. If you also want me running email and SMS, creative production or your team, I quote that on the call, in writing, before anything starts.

- You tell me what's broken, I ask about your numbers
- I tell you honestly whether I can move them
- If I can't, I'll say so and point you somewhere useful
Where most founders start. For anyone who wants a straight diagnosis without a retainer.
- Meta account: structure, creative, spend vs breakeven
- Tracking: pixel, server events, what Meta over- or under-counts
- Email and SMS: flows, campaigns, the retention gap
- A written plan, ranked by money
- A 60-minute walkthrough call, recorded
- Credited in full if you hire me within 30 days
- Not worth it to you? Say so within 7 days of the walkthrough and you get your money back

- I run your Meta account myself: strategy, buying, daily management
- The whole business in view: store, tracking, email and SMS checked so Meta can work
- Creative direction: new ideas from your customers' own words, every ad reviewed
- One number you can trust, from Shopify, not only Meta's
- A call every two weeks, a one-page money report each month
- Budget limits agreed up front; inside them, I make the calls
- Not in the $5,000: running your email and SMS, creative production, leading your team. Quoted in writing if you want them
- Invoiced in advance. Either of us can stop at the end of any month
Why no hourly rate, and why a paid audit
Hourly pricing rewards slow work. A good decision takes me ten minutes and is worth more than a month of busy work. You're paying for the decision.
The audit exists because most founders want proof before a retainer, and a free audit is a sales pitch in disguise. This one is the real work: the same diagnosis I'd run in month one, written down and yours to keep.
If you hire me within 30 days, the $1,000 comes off your first month. If you decide it wasn't worth $1,000, tell me within 7 days of the walkthrough and I refund it. No form, no argument.

Apply and tell me what you spend. I'll tell you which of the three makes sense, and if the answer is none of them, I'll tell you that too.
Tell me why you wouldn't hire me. Then let me convince you.
