Month one, without the retainer.
The same diagnosis I run in my first month with a client, for founders who want proof before a retainer or a second opinion on their agency. One week, one written plan, one 60-minute call.
- Pay and book. Checkout on Stripe, then pick the walkthrough time.
- Give access. A short checklist, about 15 minutes of your time.
- Walkthrough. A week later we go through the plan together. Recorded, so your team can watch it.
What gets inspected
- Meta accountStructure, budgets, creative, and what each campaign earns against your breakeven ROAS. Which ads are carrying the account and which are spending for nothing.
- MeasurementPixel and server events, deduplication, and how far Meta's numbers sit from your store's. You'll know which number to trust.
- CreativeWhether you're testing new concepts or recoloring the same one. Meta reads the ad to decide who sees it, so this decides who you reach.
- Email and SMSFlows, campaigns and list health, and what your list should be earning against what it does. You'll see the gap in dollars, from your own numbers.
- The planA written plan ranked by money: what to fix this week, this month, this quarter. Yours to keep and hand to anyone.
What you hand over
- Meta Business Manager: add OneStep Social Ads as a partner with view access
- GA4: viewer access
- Your store admin (Shopify staff account, or a sales export if custom-built)
- Email and SMS platform: read access or a login for a staff seat
- Your gross margin, roughly, so I can set your breakeven
What it isn't
It isn't a sales pitch with a PDF attached. If the plan says you don't need me, it will say that, in writing.
And if you think it wasn't worth $1,000, tell me within 7 days of the walkthrough. You get the money back. No form, no argument.
It isn't a guarantee. It's an honest read of where your money goes and what I'd change first, from someone who has managed over $5M of Meta spend for one brand.
Published by ManyChat, not by me. My first campaign for that brand, written up on ManyChat's own blog.
